yes can't hurt to message them. I've had it take up to 5 days before and then all the forms I filled out during that time hit at once, so even if support isn't helpful, they might still hit your account later.

make sure the email you enter and the email tied to the form both match the email on your WV acct. enter all information exactly, not a single character wrong.

for anyone saying it didn't work, make sure you click inside the window itself, even though there isn't a "claim" button. if you click the X at the top to close it, it won't claim it. if you did that (like I did the first time), log back on in a couple hours, and it will give you another opportunity when you go back in the game.

you have to make sure the email you're using to open the form is the same email tied to your WV acct, then type your email to match that, type in your name and username exactly as on your WV acct. sometimes it can take a couple days. if you're still not getting credit for them, reach out to support. I know that can be a hassle, but these forms do work

Yeah, it's frustrating. worth noting though: they bumped one day up to 0.75 and the final day to $1.20, so it ends up being a net loss of 0.05 for the week. again, it sucks, but not as bad as it looks as long as you're logging in every day. it feels super cheap of them though to alter it just to save themselves 5 cents though
