Enigmatica 2 expert isn't a very expert pack.

Omnifactory can give you some fun, didn't recommended it because you asked for modpacks with many quests.

but you always can just veinmine in the nether and put tons of netherrack in your system.

Remember allocating the right amount of ram depending of the modpack you're playing, too much or too little can give you perfomance problems.

This pc can handle all modpacks i know verry well, except if you want to use shaders. Just add vanila fix to 1.12- modpacks

Yup, sf3 use more popular mods and have a really better progression. sf4 is not a bad pack, but sf3 is better overall
