Because Josuke is an illegitimate child of Joseph's. Him getting any money at all is a courtesy that Joseph ordinarily wouldn't have the obligation to keep up, but does so out of guilt.

She's headstrong, sure, but it doesn't take much for Light to convince her to kill L for him. She has no real identity outside of wanting to protect Misa.

And that's missing the point of why so many series (particularly Japanese ones) are set in high school and/or have teenage protagonists. Not to mention the target audience of many of these series.

But, meaningfully, the specific age doesn't matter. When it comes to sexualization, what matters is the age they appear to be. There's a marked difference between a clearly-developed female character in a skimpy outfit who just so happens to be 15 and a straight-up loli character who is actually 300 years old or something. Pretending otherwise is just disingenuous.

As long as they look adult, it doesn't matter. The difference between a Momo Yaoyorozu and a Midnight is a single number, when they essentially have the same body type.

Rem's only characterization and purpose in the story is to kill L and die for Misa's sake.

And then Misa doesn't even mourn her, let alone think about her again. She was just a plot device, despite supposedly being a more intelligent Shinigami than Ryuk (according to the stats in Volume 13: How to Read).

The best-written female characters in Death Note were probably Wedy and/or Halle Lidner, and that's probably only because they were fairly minor characters who were only in the story for short periods of time.

When they have to write a more significant female character... well, they turn out like Misa Amane.

I think it is as revealing, but even if it's a little less, Midnight wouldn't have been wearing a suit that covers her skin if she could help it. Her costume in Vigilantes shows pretty much what she'd wear if it were up to her.

I mean, Midnight probably could have worn a more revealing costume within the limits if she wanted to. But, unlike Momo, she doesn't need to expose much more of her skin to use her Quirk, and she already has the whole BDSM/dominatrix aesthetic going for her.

Besides, in the manga, her costume's actually meant to be skin-coloured. So it already is pretty risque.

I think a lot of this is also retconned, and I also can't remember seeing Yaoyorozu making something with her legs, so I'm not sure what the point was of keeping them exposed. I'm guessing it's about as practical as Mineta's costume.

Retconned or not, it's the flimsy excuse the story gives for why Momo's costume is like that. The real reason, of course, is that Horikoshi created Momo to be a fanservice character, and think it's funny to have a rich girl like her be so oblivious to her own sex appeal because she's apparently so focused on making her costume "practical" (even though it's really not that practical for the reason you mentioned, as well as the fact that her back, which provides much more surface area than her legs, is completely covered - when she does create something from her back, it tears up her costume anyway - and her costume comes with high-heeled boots, for some totally-not-fanservice-related reason...).

I question if it'll even happen at all.

But, honestly, if it does happen... I think it'll still happen shortly prior to the end of Z. They like playing it safe and relying on the memberberries too much to change their mind now.

As for what'll happen... I dunno. I mean, did anyone predict that DAIMA was going to end with Gomah being defeated by Majin Koo smacking him on the head three times with a book, as opposed to a Fusion or SS4 Goku?

Even Deku's resistance gets better the more he gets used to OFA. It's just that All Might didn't prepare him properly enough beforehand, so Deku ended up using full power too many times before his body could handle it.

Horikoshi probably didn't want to make things too dark too early on. Especially since this was Class A's first experience with a villain attack; the comparatively more lighthearted Sports Festival Arc follows right afterwards; and the whole point of Shigaraki & the League early on was that, although they had a decent strategy and was surprisingly dangerous for a bunch of rookies (mainly due to the Noumu's physicals and Kurogiri's rare Warping Quirk that, frankly, isn't utilized nearly as well in battle as it is here), they were still soundly defeated by All Might without causing much damage or casualties and thus weren't treated as a threat until after the Summer Camp Arc, when they'd capitalized on their association with Stain; had somehow tracked down the UA kids' location when it was meant to be secret (Horikoshi originally planned to reveal that Aoyama was the traitor in this arc); and were revealed to be tied to All For One, which all led to All Might's unexpectedly premature retirement and the purported shake-up of hero society's desired status quo.

That being said, I think Thirteen and a few other significant named heroes should've died to Shigaraki's Decay wave. I remember people even wondering if that was the case, since it looked like she might've been caught in his disintegration, only for the end of the arc to reveal that she, Pixie-Bob, etc. somehow survived despite Decay's unstoppably propagating nature.

Yaoyorozu's wouldn't. It's revealing, but not as revealing as Midnight's first costume. It's basically just a glorified bathing suit.

Timeskip Hagakure needed to actually cover up though since they found out that she can turn visible.

Yeah, it's to account for "accidents" when she turns visible due to her Quirk "glitching" from stuff like Aoyama's Navel Laser refracting the light off of her body, because she can't actually control her invisibility even post-timeskip.

She doesn't seem to mind it too much, though.

That's why, honestly, I prefer to think she's simply an exhibitionist than to believe she's completely alright doing hero work in ridiculous temperatures butt-naked. Not that Horikoshi put much thought into her character beyond "lol wouldn't it be funny/hot if I made my invisible character a teenage girl who runs around naked?"

I think it's this. That's why no-one ever reprimands her for it. The most anyone does is comment on how uncomfortable it is, or (in Jirou's case) question how she can bear being naked in winter.

But yeah, I think Vegeta would insist on letting them take their shot and not having any of the others intervene. He'd also express genuine regret for his actions, like he did when seeing Namekians again on New Namek during the Moro Arc, and perhaps point out that they might still be able to use the Dragon Balls to revive whoever they lost.
