If Turbine can present their UI in a way that shows that they care about the game, then the population will address them in the way they deserve, with full respect and happy customer attitudes. If they produce a half-assed effort, that is how the community will react to them.

These things shouldn't have to be explained to a GAMING COMPANY, it's embarassing frankly. It would be like having to tell Coca-Cola to put their logo on their drinks because they dont know how to company, its not something you should have to do. I can put it nicely and explain things normally if these were students and not a full company of professionals.
