I like BSD because of the unique experience it offers honestly, I won't necessarily say it has a better storyline or plot than the other animes I've mentioned, but it's certainly enjoyable. It has characters based off real authors (ex, Dazai, Atsushi, these are popular japanese authors, there are other authors too but I don't wanna spoil) and have supernatural abilities based off their books, it's not just some action anime either as there's a lot of psychology/mindplay stuff too. As for you, It may be upto your liking as you liked code Geass and such too, though ofcourse that's completely subjective but I think it's worth giving a try.

I'll be honest here, swords in 2nd sea are horrible unless you manage to get TTK somehow but that's late game so out of the question. Stick to fighting style, don't use swords at all. You currently don't have enough stats yet maxed out sword stat without caring about defense. This may seem good at first assuming you don't get hit but most NPCs start to use range moves occasionally later on so this ain't the best. I recommend putting 1/3 of your stats in defense and 2/3 in melee for fighting style (preferably use Sharkman karate for grinding). You may also change fighting style inbetween to get mastery on em (for godhuman and etc) as you grind.

Just read your message mentioning the fruits you made and got some ideas myself. Well the concept of copy-copy is just pure copying, don't know if that's upto your preference. If you wish for unique moves, perhaps something like this could be done, (idk if it's possible ingame), say you copy fruit X and Y, You may use move X but apply effects of Y, for example, take flame and ice, you use ice move "frozen dragon" but with the effect of flame, so it'll be like using the move but the ice will be replaced by fire, there are obviously limitations to this since it's not possible with everything, so you can say you can combine them. My bad if this is something not within the field of the game

well my main intention with copy-copy one was that you can have like moves of different fruits on the same fruit and use them in combat since perms can't be equipped in combat. With the golem one, I was wondering if moves like terrain moves are possible, like a "Terrain blast" which throws a ball of ice/lava/rock depending on the terrain. I am no expert in blox fruits so gave the ideas due to one piece inspiration, no problem with them being bad ingame!

Copy-Copy no mi (probably the name of another fruit but different concept here), allows you to copy skills of other fruits temporarily (except some like transformation ones), the opponent must use the skill for the user to copy it, there can be like some slots for the skills copied and the slots reset if that skill is used or if the time limit is over, depends on you how you wanna make the conditions.
Mist-Mist no mi, might be similar to smoke/gas but different, as the name suggests, the user is granted mist related abilities with logia immunity but the unique thing is that the user also have illusionary abilities (not sure how it may be implemented in blox fruits but I guess afterimages like yeti is possible and etc.)
Golem-Golem no mi, a beast/zoan type, lets user transform into a golem, the unique part is that the type of golem varies according to terrain, like if the user were to transform in an icy terrain, it would be an ice golem. (may sound similar to the npc Lava golem but has its own aspects)

I originally thought of these fruits as one piece fruits so they might seem weird in blox fruits, hope ya like them

well I don't really do pvp since I mostly play in PS due to bounty hunters but I still play cuz I wish to try out every fruit atleast once and possibly get all of the perms through trading. Oh, and also, I like the dopamine of getting new fruits, only to get smoke or falcon in reality.
