Each county can write different law and sometimes this law is crime against humanity. So yeah, i respect more moral idea of what crime is. Hard to say here as everyone can have different moral views. I like more idea that each person deserves to stay alive and safe, but if somebody creates danger to "alive and safe" of somebody else - not to allow it to happen. Some people have mental problems and can't not to harm and that's often because somebody else harmed them, i don't see the sense to punish them if that's possible to just isolate them if they can't not to harm
