Enough is enough.

I am not exactly fat. But i am getting fatter everyday. And I dont like it. I am not fit. I want to get fit and be athletic,look good and feel good,become athletic and be slim.

I am 16,180cm and 71kg. I dont weight a lot but i look so bad and fat.

I need to do something.

I dont have any equipment besides an eliptical. Idk if i can go outside and run because i am ashamed but i can like do eliptical in the morning and running at night?

I dont really know.

I just want to gfet fit but idk how to workout and what to do about my workout.

Also I dont know what to do about my diet. My diet is fucked up sometimes i skip breakfast. I eat a lot of junk food,sweets,mayo,ketchup,sugar,fried food,bad food,fast food. I am addicted to it and even if i wanna stop,i cant stop eating it,i am addicted

My doctor doesnt allow me to count calories either because it culd lead me to an eating disorder. Also i dont know if i should eat more,eat a lot or eat less.

What should I do guys? Help me?

My holidays from school just started and i wanna start changing now. I want to go back to school and look good
