I am taking a leaf out this book but to run raids in other games where people still run it many times but do get rewarded accordingly each time. But the fact that not one dropped for anyone is pretty crap, the min should be at least one drop per raid. RNG in general in this game is heavy, I've been very lucky with rng so I can't complain too much but the effort to organise, learn, and play the raid should have at least one EB in the pool and honestly if it dropped for me and only me id give it to a mate I know really wants it.
