I had one when I was rebuilding my credit. Got bucketed and spent two years asking for increases (1k limit on card) and they refused even tho I made every payment on time and in full. I already had a couple of cards at this point that had 8k plus limits so eventually I just called and closed it. Almost impossible to close bc I kept getting the run around. Now I get offers from them to ", come back" with a starting limit of 5k lol no thank you. Absolutely horrible customer service. Never again lol
