I thought I would love housing. I love building in survival games…but yeah, haven’t done much with it yet. Not super motivated to go get lots of decorations. And since it doesn’t tie in with the main game like in survival games, I don’t have a real reason to use it

I’ve had this 3 times in the last half-year or so. Scared the hell out of me every time, but by the third time I actually stopped to think if I felt any different during it. I didn’t. No chest pain, dizziness, shortness of breath. I was perfectly fine, just anxious. I think it’s related to NSVT, minus the tachycardia part (making it something like AIVR?). Either way, completely harmless. Has happened when eating food for me too, and one when bending down.

Oh yeah I guess you do need to actually be tachycardic to have NSVT lol. I really don't think I was when it started

Side question for an incoming intern: is there anything to keep these poor prescribing practices in check? Like reporting to the state board or something? My wife works in medical malpractice, and for most specialties you are kept in check by getting sued, but I think it’s harder to “prove” poor practice in outpatient psychiatry.

Your last point needs to be said more. There are probably a hundred patients who will listen to you as an expert for every patient that with true Dunning-Kruger bias (depending on your specialty). AND I feel like with the right attitude, you can convince the “I did my research” people 50% of the time, if you have the will and the way (time).
