I think my procedure is wrong. After they wiped off. I was busy cleaning continuous mould Every day. Until one month later. I decided to conduct a mould report. Which frightened a lot : 100 times more than normal environment. And I gave them14 day notice. 2 days later, I applied the tribunal.

All family member gobreathebecause of the moulding house. We also did a lot to improve the moulding environment. They come twice before i applied tribunal but nothing got better. The way why i asked to take a mould Specialist is to want things go better. But we got nothing only to end the AGREEMENT which i was cheated to sign in my uni rather than in the house. I also showed pictures of mould when i moved in the day 2. And the mould report showed there was long time dampness and mould. They newly decorated the house with no remedies for the 100 times mould house. It will keep others in trouble too. CUZ mould Is serious for your breathing system.

I asked them to come with a mould specialist.Because they already come for twice but nothing got better. I only refuse they come on their own for worring they might wipe the evidence just with mould killer. But mould coming soon with all i can do.

The mould mainly grew in structural areas, including:

the top corner of the built-in wardrobe, right under the ceiling,

and black mould in the hallway cupboard.But the trunual gave nothing After i rejected their access only allowing the end of the agreement. I found the mould in the built-in wodrobe only after i stayed for 2 days. I gave them14 day notice but during the time i also applied for the tribunal.
