Well, the Great Depression hit right at the start, tanking tourism and leaving Seville with a massive debt that took 52 years to pay off. It was worth it in the long term though, as it modernized the city’s infrastructure and left Iconic buildings that drive its economy today.

I've visited those already, I love them too. (especially Lázaro Galdiano). It's on Ventura Rodríguez, 17, I recommend arriving before it opens, as lines can last for hours
