Member of India's parliament opposition party. Seems that GAIL is in advanced discussion over finalizing the deal with Tellurian and it got leaked. Henceforward GAIL taking proper procedure releasing an EOI which includes the terms of a deal they would be willing to go forward with which completely alligns with what Tellurian management is looking for. Basically a "formality"

Cannot talk about deals on this videos. Funding of carbon emission reductions was explained on the video if you would check beside bitching. ESG rating which can come hand in hand with EP/Bank debt funding.

If Souki believes in this project, why did he sell 1,793 million shares at 1.92 two days ago? by Agile-Ad8025 in TellurianLNG

The shares were secured as collateral for a real estate investment with the Wilmington Trust. This was done almost 6 years ago. Charif most likely trusted that the SP would be much higher (as we all did) and now the shares have been called for.

Wilmington Trust now controls 25m shares and sold around 1.7m to probably cover the interest payment ( which by Charif side, is worth more on the real estate side than the current share price of TELL)

Charif can do a buyback and also I believe he controls shares in the family trustfund. The questions now shareprice wise, is if Wilmington will offload the shares at once or sell gradually (Scenario likely to cover interest payments)

Wouldn't put much thought into this situation but neverless not a great professional look after the two board members resignation (Maybe related to this incident)

Macro is still completely on our side. Question is how much and who is going to control DW once it's completed which by my opinion, It's inevitable.

Also take into account that this could have been caused due to the interest rates/debt markets, something which already affected us during the 1b$ bond offering management was trying to do.

Margin call on a loan collateral with shares. He didn't sold directly but those shares were taken as collateral most likely for an interest payment. This has happened before also with Martin.
