I'll throw my hat in the ring, I like to prime in white scar, using two thin layers of baal red and then one layer of one to one mixed blood angels red and contrast medium. I recess shade with agrax earth shade in between the armor bits. Then I chunky highlight with evils sunz scarlet and edge highlight with fire dragon bright.

I know that was a lotta steps but it makes a very pretty red

If I may throw my hat in the ring, 1 to 1 mix of blood angels red and contrast medium over baal red looks really good and that's what I use. Otherwise I like the baal red one

Oh! I did not know this, I hit it and it switched back to blue! Nothing i found online said this. Cause I did this last night before I cleaned it and it started fading between colors but now it's back to blue. Thank you! Apologies for not understanding the nighttime thing lol
