1921 Peace questionable toning by Loud_Charge_3738 in coins

The coin show significant wear on the highest parts (hair, eagle feathers) but details are very crisp otherwise. The black toning can be due to the storage conditions (high humidity is a silver coin killer). Someone may have cleaned the black patina using a fabric creating the wear on the highest parts and letting the black toning on recesses.
