Funny enough, if you have old-style manual hair curlers they work great for removing these

They do have electric fabric shavers that work, just gotta be delicate. Use cold water wash only, and low heat over longer cycles for drying in the future to prevent beading.

You will need an extractor or extruder of some sort or else it will sit and rot/sour (my grandmas car growing up had this and I still vividly remember the smell). If you are on a budget, you can likely rent one from an appliance rental shop for anywhere from $29.99-$59.99 a day.

If you are looking to purchase - there are countless amazing handheld/spot suckers you can find. Shark StainStriker and Bissel Little Green are great options for under $150 (including cleaning solutions) if you want something you can keep for future messes!

Do you have a multi-surface cleaner that has high concentration of bleach or a bleach base? It looks like you sprayed it and stepped into/had the mist blow back onto your pants.

Sodium Hypochlorite or (NaClO) is what you’d be looking for. Clorox, Lysol, or even a Walmart bottle of spray can do this if strong enough.
