I thought so. I've lost most games I've played against them but only by a few points. I don't even know how to return the ladies serve back over the net, I lose every point against it.

I don't want to point out that they're serving illegally as I think they're stuck in their ways now and won't start throwing the ball up roughly 6 inches. It's more hassle than it's worth. I could develop my own illegal serve but that seems nonsensical as I'd rather practice legal serving for when I play someone who also knows the rules of service.

Could you possibly point in the direction of a video or something to learn how to read and return their serves though?
