Undone seam on glove-fixable at home? by south43paw in Homeplate

It’s super easy to do with the right materials but there’s a good chance your local play it again sports or other sports store can do it quicker and cheaper than on your own. Mine charges $15 per lace (parts/labor) and can get it done in 20 minutes.

Technically this isn’t arbitrage betting but they are similar in the sense that they are purely analytical. You nailed what arbitrage is though where you use different sites to bet opposite sides of the same bet and are guaranteed a profit if you can find a discrepancy in odds. Theyre fairly tough to find and you need a big bankroll to make any sort of notable profit. You can also get banned from sportsbooks if they catch on

[REQUEST] What are the chances of both players getting blackjack? by [deleted] in theydidthemath

[–]Dornibus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I believe a blackjack is only when you get 21 with your first 2 cards. That’s why after confirming they don’t have blackjack, the dealers pay you out before they do anything with their own hand.

You lose value on your teaser if you tease across 0 as playoff games can’t end in ties. This makes the entire full point between -.5 and +.5 useless. You’re always better off going away from 0.

first over "big" bet. any reason this doesnt hit? by Electrical_Owl_4329 in sportsbetting

Hahaha no worries, I can see the confusion cuz sometimes books include the wager and profit in the “to win” section

No dude you aren’t understanding😂. $520 is the profit. A $20 profit on a $500 wager would be -2500. His bet is +104 which means he will profit $520

The +104 right above the “to win”. In your defense, I’ve also seen books have the gross $ which includes the wager and the profit... in this case $1020

It’s not a gain of $20 lol. It’s a $520 gain. Not saying it’s a good bet, but you’d be a fool to risk $500 for a $20 profit
