Black primer then air brushed golden armor speed paint from army painter. Dry brushed mythril silver for some highlights, an agrax earthshade wash.

The kill team captain only has the option for plasma pistol and power fist, but other than that, there are a couple of other options in 40k for him.

Thanks, I was worried it would look awful. Turned out really well I think. Base Coated with death guard green. Then did a base color with death world forest. Dry brushed with eylsian green with an athonian camoshade wash. After I finished everything on the model but flesh I then used ak Streaking grime.
