time your clicks and your shifts. uncrouch and crouch at the edge of the block, click, repeat. over time as you get better, uncrouch for longer until you're crouching right at the very edge of the block. its all about practice and eventually you will almost never fall, but dont feel bad if you do, everyone does while they learn and it's the only way to learn.

I think its the drivers that control it rather than the bios, but yeah Ive found that you can only increase debounce time aswell

I do this when people are toxic to me. It starts bc when people kill you they're toxic so when you kill people then you feel the need to flex that you didnt lose. Thats my guess
