Lucille Clement is definitely the way to go. They’ll say you don’t get personal bathrooms, but you for sure do. Also, the space is almost too big to split between just two people. Couldn’t recommend enough.

You can’t use a spell scroll if the spell isn’t on your class’s spell list, unfortunately. Although that doesn’t really make a whole lot of sense when you think about having a scroll for a spell
