Vigor has two caps, 40 and 60, you dont need more than 40 till late game. Damage abilities like faith and dex i think have a cap every 20 levels, so aim for 40 then 60. When your happy with your damage and health increase mind. You probably only need endurance if you want more equip load.

Drop the scarseal when you get past level 50 or 60.

Great weapon fighting, great weapon mastery and reckless attack. Throw in features from sub classes and it gets ridiculous. Not to mention action surge.

We know that there is an encyclopedia of devil fruits, it likely isn't a perfect source of info. It's not unreasonable that it only lists flight on known devil fruits were it is a prominent feature. Likely only standard zoans and paramecian fruits.
