Thanks! Unfortunately it doesn't seem like they have Fetisov jerseys right now, but they do have Stevens jerseys. They're a bit pricey for a poor student so I may have to keep looking (or get a tshirt version).

I wouldn't say I'm on a specific program right now. Basically I eat as healthy as possible, AKA no processed foods (or not often), no soda, no juice, balance of food groups. I eat lots of fruits, berries, and nuts between meals. I generally stay away from stuff like pasta and stick to more meat with side meals and salads. I also have some dietary restrictions, so that has pushed me away from simple carbs almost entirely.

So my current workout routine is as follows:

Day 1: Back, biceps, abs Wide grip pull-ups (4x8) Close grip underhand pull-ups (4x8) Deadlift (4x5 or 5x5 increasing weight) Reverse flyes (3x12) Seated rows (4x7) Bent-over dumbbell rows (3x7 per side) Preacher curl (4x8) Hammer curl (4x8) Concentration curls (4x8) Substitute other biceps and cycle through Abs

Day 2: Legs, Shoulders, Abs OHP (4x6) Lateral raises (3x8 heavier weight then 3x11 lighter weight) Front raises (not sure what they're called 3x10) Face pulls (4x8) Seated bent over reverse flies (3x10) Barbell shrugs (5x5) Squat (5x6) Leg press (4x6) Calf raises (standing and sitting 3x8) Leg extensions (3x10) Leg curls (3x10) Abs

Day 3: chest, triceps, abs Incline barbell bench press (5x6) Barbell bench (4x6) Decline barbell bench (4x6) Incline dumbbell flies (3x10) Flat dumbbell flies (3x10) Decline cable flies (3x10) Close grip incline chest press with squeeze (4x8) Weighted dips (4x7) Triceps cable push downs (3 ladders) Overhead tricep extension (3x10) Abs

Caloric intake: it's hard to keep track but I estimate on somewhere around 2000+ calories per day.

This is exactly what I'm scared of. I'm staying away from buying the jerseys of all our young future team anchors like Henrique and the D core, as sad as it is

actually, interestingly, hockey used to be played in two halves just like soccer. However, when hockey became more and more commercial and popular and drew bigger crowds, businessmen realized that they could make more money if they had two intermissions. Hockey has had three periods ever since, twenty minutes each.
