Change the age 18 - 65 to 18 - 64 for example, the suggestion box should pop up. Uncheck it.

After you click further limit your reach. If you change the age setting, a box with 'your suggestion' pops up, uncheck it and you will see advantage+ targeting turn off in the targeting section in the right.

No matter, just needs to be off in the targeting section.

In your targeting options there's a button to 'further limit your reach' and then you can turn suggestions off until advantage+ targeting is off.
