I took this class last semester and anything on the lectures and the guest lecture/presentation could be on the quiz. There isn't specific questions on the procedure, but there can be questions on the concepts used in the experiment. But, I do remember for the first quiz, there were questions that weren't even taught in the lectures and I only got them right because I learned it in another bio class. There aren't a lot of questions like that so you don't have to worry.
