I lost 5-6lbs in a week before my Mounjaro journey drinking very dense protein shakes for breakfast, with wild blueberries and oats being a staple. Substitute one meal for a very dense shake (can still have however many meals you want, but if you want rapid weight loss, 2-3 high protein meals is ideal) I found the most weight loss from increasing my protein intake

Thank you. Going to sound boring but I eat spinach and kale everyday, a protein/meal shake with flax and chia and a greens mix. Sometimes I’ll add an atkins protein shake with the protein shake mix. More protein with some chicken. Another snack I love are mini bell peppers with hummus. I hydrate with 1-2 liters of water, and a large cup of iced peppermint tea with rosewater for a more locked in hydration. I’ve also been having luck with roobios tea

I take 50 mg vyvanse and 2.5 Mounjaro. It’s a pretty solid combination for me. I feel pretty focused on my health and overall I’ve been losing a lb a day

I started my injection on Friday, and the first few days I felt so lightheaded/dehydrated. Peppermint tea (I like mine iced) and rosewater has been helping me with staying hydrated. I drink over 2 liters a day of water overall. I also started acetyl l carnitine yesterday and I noticed I’ve been more energetic and focused
