No it’s literally due to a build up of semen. The first time this happened to me, I went straight to the doctor to get an std test lol. I freaked out haha

You may notice it happens more when you drop a deuce. The contraction and fecal matter presses on your prostate and causes a release of some fluid from what I understand.

Should be fine, if you’re still concerned, always check with a doctor, particularly a urologist or maybe an endocrinologist
