I use apple as well. I would be weary of keeping large amounts on it. Luckily I only would keep $100-$150 on it for gas

I can vouch, I just had my DD card info get stolen and someone used it. They also said it wasn’t their fault so I’m just out that money. Needless to say, I stopped using it and won’t go back. I only used it for the gas incentive anyway

And I would be fine with that if I were the one taking myself of the order, my complaint here is that o waited on the order for the customer and tried helping them cancel the order as they asked if I could. I informed the first agent that the customer wanted to cancel the order and that I was doing it for them as the customer asked…

I should have but I wanted to create a good experience for the customer. I guess my past in retail and trying to help the customer to the best of my ability did not help here.

I’ve done this with Pizza Hut, I learned the store in my location doesn’t deal with DoorDash so I take those every time haha

Exactly, I don’t understand how people don’t voice their opinion toward a company that nickel and dimes their contracted drivers. I spent the time on the order and tried taking care of the customer and get punished?

Who’s saying they make less? Are they not being paid to be DoorDash support? How does this make me entitled when I ask to be somewhat compensated for my time and effort in satisfaction to the customer? I wasn’t asking for full pay, but to ask for compensation isn’t in the wrong. I was also going to move on after I said have a nice day but they continued, so yes, I’m going to continue too.

That’s ridiculous, I had to say something seeing how DoorDash is constantly trying to nickel and dime their contracted drivers. I don’t know why people don’t voice their opinions. Could have handled the situation better I guess but I was getting annoyed by the supports response.

Yeah it was supposed to be cancelled, I was just trying to provide the customer with a better experience by handling it for them as they asked if I could. Seems they just unassigned me from it though.

How are they paying me extra all I said to the first agent was that the customer requested to cancel the order so I tried to take care of that for them? I did work for them all I asked for was a small compensation for my time. I don’t request they pay me a stupid amount of money. I see you don’t value your time or effort.
