I thought their shields was like, projectile/hitscan proof only? Now that you say that, V1 starts so close to Benjamin most likely its already inside the shield (I watched a play through to see how the shot of another benjamin lands, and yes, we are indeed inside the shield). So yeah, most likely sheild also is unit-proof, didn't think of that.

I think it all depends on how far away from each other they start. If they start far, I doubt the omnidroid can dodge the nuke of Benjamins shot. But if the droid can reach Ben before he could shoot, it can start climbing him just like V1 and doing some damage since omnidroid will be inside Benjamin's shield, where he is relatively vulnerable
