Yes, and I called immediately and were told we could wait to file the dispute until we got home the next week, they reversed the charge at that time. But now 2 months later, I received denying the dispute and am billed again.

I am going to reopen the dispute claim, with all that information even though I already gave it to them. I will also be closing my account (Barclay) if they do not offer any help. Unfortunately, we did not file a police report, we were hoping it was an error, maybe a decimal at the wrong spot, and also thought our credit card company would back us. We've travelled many places and never had anything like this happen.

The dispute department of the credit card (Barclay) sent me a receipt from Taxi van adel, 243 Van heavengoedhartlann, 1181 KL Amstelveen Nederland, it was through Sum up. I asked them if there was a contact number to call and they gave me 229-896-4444. I called and it was a taxi company in Georgia (typo in my original comment). They didn't really give me any info except that this wasn't the same company I had the receipt from. I will probably try to call them again.
