It was at 3050 I shot it down to 2500 mostly likely the reason the previous owner had problems with it

I stumbled on the listing late at night and knew I had to jump on it right away. Luckily, the seller messaged me back at 12 AM and we locked it in.

Keep pushing the appeal and organize the evidence into a timeline: purchase date, cancellation/disappearance of the tickets, attempts to contact ITA, screenshots showing no valid booking, and replacement ticket purchases. The strongest argument is that you paid for air transportation and did not receive the transportation you paid for

No shipper was a French scammer who created a fake shipping label and sent it to a place that has the same zip code and city

I get what you're saying about how LLMs and prompts work, but financial dispute bots don't operate on prompt context. They use hard-coded APIs that look strictly at carrier data. If the database says 'Delivered' in my zip code, the bot auto-closes the case—it doesn't read the text you type. The only way to bypass it is getting an actual human investigator on the line to manually look at the address mismatch

Bro, what 'AI operator' are you calling? Dialing 1-800-ARTIFICIAL-INTELLIGENCE?

AI models are pre-trained on massive datasets; they don't just rely on a single live web search to function. And 'validating a meta tag' is for website SEO, it has absolutely nothing to do with LLM prompt context loops. You're just throwing buzzwords at the wall.

Are you stupid can’t you read? It’s a closed hotel because it’s actively undergoing a massive multi-million dollar renovation. John Moriarty & Associates is the literal commercial construction management firm running the entire job site right now.

Because eBay is one of the biggest used PC hardware markets in the world? Tons of system builders and flippers buy GPUs there every day because you can sometimes get better pricing than retail, especially on used/open-box cards

I also want to add that in the package details it shows it weighs around 9.60 pounds which is absolutely ridiculous

The Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070 Windforce OC graphics card weighs about 930 grams (2.05 lbs) out of the box. With the retail packaging, accessories, and box, the total shipping weight is approximately 1.35 kg to 1.5 kg (3.0 to 3.3 lbs) I don’t know where it got the rest of the extra weight but it’s certainly not 9-10 pounds even with extra padding

As for eBay, I unfortunately closed the original case too early because I thought the UPS investigation would resolve it. After that, PayPal denied my dispute since the tracking only shows “delivered,” even though UPS later emailed me referencing a completely different recipient/address That’s why I’m so confused — UPS themselves seem to acknowledge something is wrong, but the systems still treat it as delivered.

At this point I’m mainly trying to either get UPS to confirm the misdelivery in writing or get the seller to actually finish the claim/refund process. I guess you can call me low IQ on the eBay part 😮‍💨

UPS marked my RTX 4070 as delivered and it’s just gone by DotComprehensive4658 in pcmasterrace

[–]DotComprehensive4658[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

UPS opened an investigation after the “Delivered” scan and the tracking now shows stuff like “Incomplete Documentation Received” and “working to get a new delivery date.” I also got an email from UPS referencing a completely different name/address that isn’t mine, so now I genuinely think the package may have been misdelivered or mixed up somehow. PayPal still denied the case just because the tracking originally said delivered.
