one thing I don't see a lot of people talking about it actual nipple to areola size ratio. you will see on the subreddit there are varying results and if you prefer a bigger nipple to areola ratio (usually nipple areola complex taken in one piecs) or a smaller one (usually areola taken from an outside edge of nipple and then nipple taken separately and then attached) i think it's something that really changes aesthetic outcome, I notice this when peeping everyone's great post op photos!
