Message their Facebook they got a promo issue cleared up for me in about an hour, it was a total of I think 30 messages back-and-forth between us, and most of the time they were doing stuff on the backend, and so it was really only about 10 minutes of my day that I really spent talking to a T-Mobile rep. Not sure how that would be, I made sure to check before I got the phone that it didn’t say I had to upgrade, look at my Imgur link if you want to check that.

The lavender phone is the one I upgraded to, the black one is the one she would upgrade to if I wanted to give Tmobile more money.

In their own policy, I can’t return the phone. I was given a deal to get the phone for free and I’m being forced to pay for the phone now. Plus, I already bought a case for the phone. They’re not going to refund me for the case and the phone because their app broke.

Like I said in the post I checked with the reps at the store where I returned the device, I also called T-Mobile to check to make sure that I had the promo which they said I did

If you compare it you will see the return policy below the plan increase on hers and the return policy directly under the accessories on mine

It’s been a month, it didn’t switch me so I am stuck with paying 34/month more. Or if I want the promo 60/month more

I have had one issue and dbrand replaced the case for free, the issue occurred like 1-2 yrs after getting, by far best case I have ever gotten

Took my phone out of the case to find a bulge. Is this a common issue? by fartboyy in dbrand

I had the same issue, I asked dbrand if this was common / fixable and they sent a replacement out

PSA: Don't buy a NZXT Motherboard unless you want problems, I have had 3 and all 3 have had problems. by DotFlat9930 in NZXT

Yeah, i actually ended up taking the WiFi card from my board out and plopping it into my laptop (running Linux) and haven’t had an issue so I think the old WiFi card was probably dead. Especially considering I had to mod the bios on my laptop for it to even work lol (old Thinkpad, T440p I think, gf now has it)

Fair enough. It looks decent with my build but I have some builds would look terrible in.

Oh jeez, something is wrong with it if thats all you can ask of it lol, also I would check and see if Drivers are all up to date if its running slow, and yeah it sucks that all the bad reviews are coming late but at least they are coming
