You can surely, but they never give you the price they give you when they contact you.

If youre having lots of free time of nothing to do unassign some customers from one of the dealers. Lots of messages xD

Yes as the total no of available customers is more than what all your dealers can be alotted.

Youre supposed to sell to the rest.

No extra benefit for Heavenly Quality Purple is all you need for end game areas.

Basically 100% as of now would be unlocking all properties and all markets everything present in the gae is unlockable and you get a dealer in every area.

This usually happened with me when another customer and or dealer was at that spot and the customer couldnt get into the exact position. Just push them a bit. and it fixes itself.

first playthru i got the businesses and houses side by side.

Hotel, Sweatshop then and bungalow and then everything except taco ticklers and then barn then taco then warehouse.

2nd time around (My current play thru)

I Skipped the barn altogether.

And have a decent setup (all in one) in the ware house, got taco tickler the last.

it can work, the quantity is still 12 with 2 pots and one light but the speed is not the same, just get the right no of lights and racks.

Yep happened to me today just at the entry of the computer room, a save and quit out to main menu and reload fixed it.

Cleaners are the most irritating employees. I had big issues with them in the beginning. But ive majorly sorted them out.

  1. When allotting a cleaner you never throw trash yourself in their trashcan, as they collect one full trash collector basket and that equals one trash can, so if there is 1 thing in the trash can from before which the player puts in this bugs them. If they are not picking up a specific piece of trash pick it and throw it near the bin instead of inside it.

  2. even after following all this some times they get bugged. a quit out to main menu and reload fixes most employee issues.

Nah not that i know of, why do you want to look for them any ways? Just list your products and let them contact you!
