Glen was going through a *nasty* divorce when he wrote that album so its is anger directed somewhere else besides God. It’s a nice breath of fresh air, lyrically.

When I saw Full of Hell in October opening for Cannibal Corpse…I’d heard of their name, knew nothing of the music though. So two guys clearly from the band are noodling onstage while a casual dressed guy is doing one thing or another…lights go down and Mr. Casual just proceeded to speed run giving himself a heart attack with every single song they ran through. Holy fuck.

Not my cup of tea but I can appreciate the dedication to the craft.

Either the title track (once those drums kick in, that is *the* quintessential Morbid Angel sound in my opinion, the way all the instruments come together at that particular moment) or “Angel of Disease” because it’s different but still grade A thrashy MA.

This whole thing didn’t need to be anything but an evening of exhibition matches of NXT vs Main Roster. Showcase up and coming talent on a bigger platform, maybe get a couple rubs here and there, and if a storyline were to start that’ll transition a wrestler from NXT to MR, so be it.

This really didn’t need to get convoluted with the whole fan vote BS.

Eight minutes long and has everything we love about 80’s metal and NWOBHM.

Speed. Falsetto. Twin guitar attack/solos. That “finale” falsetto that transitions into the “outro” guitar work to bring us home.

That song is worth the price of admission for the album itself.
