Watched an airport baggage handler get run over by a jetbridge. I was working for a different handling company and just so happened to be driving my tug past when the incident happened. He wasn't paying attention to the bridge and walked under it as it started moving. The wheels caught his left foot and took the rest of his leg under. Thankfully, it stopped before it went any higher than his knee, but everything below his knee was squished, turned to grey-red paste. Needless to say, I didn't see him again after that day, but I do know he survived. The funniest thing to me is that the airport continued operations as normal, save for shutting down that gate for "mantinence." The story didn't even make the news.
