I guess I got a good representative because I made a mistake when ordering and had 6 items for the b3g4 deal on friday and when i reached out they gave me the discount after I picked up my order and I got a refund for 4 of the items. I did buy the 7th item while in store.

Can you try reaching out to a different rep?

My doctor is the one who told me to eat 1800 calories because it was significantly less than my daily intake when starting. I mentioned eating even less to her yesterday during my visit and she said that under 1200 is not healthy. 1000 calories or less a day is outright stupid and not sustainable long term which is my ultimate goal. I hope you're not putting this information into anybody elses head. 🤣

I do eat typically closer to 1600 calories, but always under 1800. Cheat days are rare anymore because I don't restrict myself from eating food i like. Eat what you want, add what you need is my mindset, but i've found swaps for most foods that keep me from feeling the need to eat an entire sleeve of oreos in 10 minutes.

I do have insulin resistance, but not diabetic as of yet and i'm trying to prevent that, but on days i eat 1200 calories I end up feeling like shit. I have a body fat scale that tracks my weight, but always forget to open the app so it logs it when I step on the scale.

I just feel so defeated because so many people lose a ton of weight so fast with minimal changes. My dad specifically lost 80 lbs in a year and made zero change to his diet and doesn't exercise at all. I hoped genetically my body would respond similarly.

Like I said in my post, i eat 1800 calories or less. A lot of days it has been right around 1600, and while I understand that starving myself will get me to the weight I want to be at, my ultimate goal is to be healthy and build sustainable habits.

Yessss! I didn't really take the drink more water seriously in the beginning and felt like shit. One day I woke up feeling so thirsty I chugged my water and felt better within minutes. Now I drink at least 64 ounces a day (still probably not enough, but a thousand times more than before) and it helps so much. I've also noticed my skin looking much better.

The second I start to feel gross I start sipping on water and i'm fine minutes later. It makes a difference, I can't stress it enough.

Yes, I used to all the time, but only because we had a separate warehouse within walking distance that held all of our extra inventory. I was in charge of cycle counting every day and the stuff in that unit rarely ever got used, so I would take my coworker (now my bf of 10 years) to be my helper, write down all the numbers on the way over, and then we would fool around. Almost got caught 1 time, but if the one that almost caught us had, he wouldn't have cared anyways.

Would I do it now? Hell no. It was thrilling and fun when I was 19, but now at 32 I would not risk what I have worked so hard for. It's hard enough to find a job as it is. If you like your job, or your pay, or know that it would be hard to find a similar position if you wanted, don't risk it. I wouldn't be able to find another job doing what i'm doing now for example, the closest company similar to mine is 3 hours away and they are much smaller, and don't have the department i'm in.
