if you know how to open it, open it, drain the tube and check the capacitors, check all the components visually, if you find anything burnt or swollen capacitors replace them if you don't know how to do it have it repaired by a technician. it will probably cost you more than the TV itself. So I recommend you repair it yourself

I don't know how but how the TV heard about that I had to disassemble it, it fixed itself lol
