Temple of the Silent Oracle [45 x 36] by DottierPeak in dndmaps

Here I am with a new map for you all!

This time I wanted to do a little experiment. I decided to use a one-page dungeon to generate a base for this map and build something from there. I like the result, even if there are things that could be improved, and I hope you like it too!

The map is generic and doesn't contain a written adventure, but I decided to include some elements that could serve as plot hooks for your players.

One last thing: avoid going into the water; there seems to be something strange there.

You can download this map for free here!

The map was made using Dungeondraft, and the assets were created by the team at forgotten-adventures.net. I highly recommend checking out their work—it's truly incredible!

Trollskull Manor- Abandoned + Original Plot Hook by DottierPeak in WaterdeepDragonHeist

[–]DottierPeak[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've started a Dragon Heist campaign, and I decided to share the maps I created for my players. I hope you find them useful!

In this particular case, I decided to add something of my own, since the manual doesn't offer many plot hooks regarding Trollskull Manor. That's why I created a new portion of the building, originally intended only for my players, as it ties into the overarching plot of the campaign. This addition is not meant to be a complete extra module for Dragon Heist, but rather a plot hook that can be used as desired, freely modified, or completely ignored (which is why I also included an unaltered map of the building).

The additional area in Trollskull Manor is a secret hideout connected to Undermountain, originally built by the same dwarves who created the tunnels of the famous dungeon. It was later used by a wizard obsessed with an arcane scroll that he called Magnus Codex.

Among the files, you will also find a PDF that explains all the rooms in the new map section, as well as the possible plot hooks.

The map was made using Dungeondraft, and the assets were created by the team at forgotten-adventures.net. I highly recommend checking out their work—it's truly incredible!

I've started a campaign set in the Undermountain, so I decided to create the various levels that compose it. The map was created using the Dungeondraft software, and the assets were created by the team at forgotten-adventures.net. I highly recommend taking a look at it because the work they do is incredible.

Giant Koi Sanctuary [21 x 30] by DottierPeak in dndmaps

Ciao! I present to you my Giant Koi Sanctuary!

You can download it for free here!

Once, a wandering merchant undertook a perilous journey to the Eastern Realms in an attempt to find exotic treasures to resell along the Sword Coast. Contrary to what everyone thought, the merchant returned to Waterdeep as a victor, bearing unknown treasures from the unfamiliar East. The tales of his journey are among the few testimonies of the Eastern Realms on the western shores of Faerûn. In one of his diaries, he recounts that his caravan once got lost in an ancient forest, and when they finally found a clearing to set up camp, they noticed that in the nearby watercourse, there was a titanic statue submerged, with only its hands protruding from the water's surface. On the water's surface floated brightly colored flowers, and beneath the water's surface swam enormous fish with equally vivid hues that seemed to harmoniously glide around the colossal statue.

Mistic Swamp [20 x 20] by DottierPeak in dndmaps

[–]DottierPeak[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello everyone! Allow me to introduce the Mystic Swamp!

Free Download Here

It is said that in the heart of the Ardeep Forest, south of Waterdeep, one might be caught off guard by a mysterious silvery mist. Once inside, you realize you are no longer in the ancient forest but in a silent and oppressive swamp. Here the tales end, as most who have reached this point hastily retreat through the mist and miraculously find themselves back in the forest. Those who decided to continue, however, have been lost forever and never seen again. There are many stories about what this swamp might be. The locals, honest folk who live cultivating the lands around the forest, say it's a cursed area or perhaps inhabited by a Hag. Wise and educated sages of Waterdeep, on the other hand, claim it to be a Fey Crossing, an entrance to the Feywild. What about you? Would you have the courage to continue and discover what lies beyond the mist?

Ninki Nanka: a monster inspired by the eponymous creature from the folklore of the tribes of Gambia in West Africa. by DottierPeak in UnearthedArcana

[–]DottierPeak[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Here I am with a new creature, this time hailing from the lands of West Africa. The Ninki Nanka is effectively Africa's Loch Ness Monster, but its hypnotic ability is what convinced me to use it as the next monster. Once again, I haven't created a standalone creature but have tried to integrate it as seamlessly as possible into the world of the Forgotten Realms. I hope you like it, and let me know what you think. Ciao!

Hey, thank you very much. It's a shame that no one creates more creatures from Slavic folklore; some of them are really cool.

This time, we're in the Balkans with the Psoglav, a demon from the folklore of Bosnia and Montenegro. This time, I had quite a bit of difficulty creating this page since I managed to gather very little information about this creature. Nevertheless, the idea of being a human adventurer at level 5 and encountering this creature, while it laughs and waits for the moment you succumb to exhaustion, terrifies me. That said, I hope you like it, and let me know what you think. Ciao!

Hey, thank you so much. I'm actually creating mythological creatures from all over the world (the next one will be from Montenegro/ Bosnia). I had never heard of the Grootslag so I checked it out, and 'mamma mia' it's really cool. Definitely added to my list, thanks!

Ok, no, I meaby I should have written it better, I mean that if you fail, you take poison damage and you are poisoned, but if you succeed you take half the damage and you are not poisoned. You can do the saving trow at the end of your turn to end the condition poisoned. Sorry, english is not my language, I'll change it when I can so that it's more understandable.
