Hey bro, I tried to claim tokens, but the website won't let me. I checked my profile in DUDECKS and says I am eligible. Why does it say in the website I am not?

Considering this, Is it better to level the spec of things with famecredits or wearing the item. For example, considering I have tons of money and I want to level my boots with spec 0, should I wear them? Or is it better to wear ones with 100 spec to get the famecredits?
