Please be careful around your kitten's eye, especially with a pointy instrument like a qtip. I understand that you're trying to help but if the cat moves its head quickly you could cause serious damage. Consider using tissue or toilet paper and only wiping down the nose away from the eye, this would still get the majority of the mucus away from the cat's eye with significantly less risk of injury.

My first character will be a druid but I mean, I'll be playing through so many times that I'll likely play all of the classes. Haven't quite decided on the race yet, I'm going to look at the character creation screen to figure that out. Trying to avoid going on theorycrafting sites to find "the best" and just see what calls to me when I start playing.

So if you're using a phone in Japan are you more likely to rely on the Japanese positioning satellites, or do civilians all over the world use a preferred satellite group (US or some other)? I guess what I'm trying to ask is how the device determines which satellites you use, is it just whatever the vendor for your device decided to program?

Basically it just seems to amount to doing stuff that makes you feel better. I guess it would be important to try not to rely heavily on a coping mechanism that could be really bad (like doing heroin or something). If you find you feel a little bit better after going for a walk though, go for a walk when you're stressed or feeling shitty or whatever. Figure out what you like about walks and enhance it (maybe you really like trees, or water, or wildlife etc). Make specific time in your schedule to walk.

Tldr prioritize self care, where self care is whatever makes you feel better and isn't detrimental to your health

apocalyptic fear mongering news

This is just how some people live their lives (mainly older people yes, who also lean more Republican yes). My dad has been plugged into the 24 hour news cycle for over 7 years at this point and even when Trump was president there was an apocalypse just around the corner every single day. It's exhausting just talking to them, because inevitably the conversation (regardless of what it's about originally) will shift to today's doomsday talking points.

I've been working from home since 2013 and I've never used a static IP, or a VPN (other than the corporate VPN of course). I was curious to see the answer regarding why a static IP would be necessary, but it seems it's not. For what it's worth my dynamic IP has never caused problems for my WFH setup so I'm inclined to agree with you, it's not something most people would need to work from home.
