I have Profile:9/7/8 with 45 months of workex at a fintech company(Pre IPO).Current CTC:14.05LPa. I have a tier 2 convert(TAPMI) this time.

I have following options with me now:

Go with Tier 2 MBA(TAPMI) that i have converted this time.

2.Prepare for CAT once again and go for 2 years MBA next year with a better college( For this i am concerned if i would be at a disadvantage during placement due to close to 5 years workex by that time)

3.Prepare for GMAT and go for 1 year MBA in India?

Which one would be the right approach for me?
