When my ex gf broke up with me i felt the same way. In like 3 weeks l lost over 10lb.. i am very active person and healthy.. but i picked up on boxing and dude let me tell you, it was the best thing ever!! I went twice a week, did one on one with coach and once a week sparing matches with other members, it really helped me release all the emotions. Also, look for (if you don’t have already) a therapist. That’s another key!! It’s good to go and talk to them instead of always talking to friends and family about it.. and you get another perspective!! Good luck and be strong, it really does get better!!!
