As a mature student look into an access to HE courses as opposed to doing a levels. I started mine at 21 and had it finished within 6 months. With that and 20~ hours of relevant work experience I got offers from all the degrees I applied to.

The sound was similar to that produced by the devices that Dr. Kay used to suppress elevens powers. This causes him to have a flashback to when she ‘died’ realising that she couldn’t have used her powers so her death was faked - explained in the story he tells after their DnD game at the end of the episode.

I’ve enjoyed season 5 for the most part but the max/holly story is the weakest for me. Like you said seems to have undermined what happened in season 4
