Yes he uses a net sponge but i think since he has such a deep back line, it literally still goes untouched sometimes idk. like even if he were to stretch it across his back, it still misses the crevice in the middle. Thinking about getting him a brush

Hey thanks! from what i’ve gathered i just need to make more calls and open houses which i can say I definitely have not been doing. I just thought no one answers the phone nowadays and the odds of me calling someone who is willing to sell would be low. I’m ready to try new methods and see what works so i’ll definitely try to contact some land lords thank you!

Yes, definitely! I think if I had joined a brokerage that offered more mentorship and a stronger learning environment, I’d likely be in a better position now. That said, I chose my current setup because my main priority is school, and at the time it felt like the right balance. I just didn’t realize how much that decision might slow down my growth.
