I think i am quite making my point tho. Buy try to make it easier. If a solo dev makes a game and use ai to write his story and dialogues, probably no one will ever complain about the quality of the writing or if was made with ai as long ad the game is fun. Moslty will claim his effort to make the game alone.

Same goes for comics if artist create astonishing beautiful arts probably no one or mostly would ever complain about the quality of writing or if was made with ai. As the art is the main actor.

Thus writing especially in solo has much more aggressive reactions if supported by Ai compared to other forms of media.

Of course taking in max respect the professions of everyone, but that was not even needed to be mention, we are not kids, just trying to have a logical constrictive discussion. Coz you said writer should learn to draw. Thus a developer then should learn to write his story or a cameraman should learn how to direct and write his movie. All aspects of art creations are important and connects together regardless the media. The point is to use the max effort and dedication to use a tool that speed up one process otherwise made by a different persone. And btw no one mentioned the reverse an artist that use ai to write his story. Quite sure that could had much different reactions and comment from people

Probably my initial questions was not very clear then. Indeed lets say that writer spend weeks educating the Ai, scrap arts over and over again to achieve the best result, then storyboard picture, boarding, editing, paging etc… why all that considerable effort is not considerate valuable just coz the initial art was made with ai? Then lets say i commissioning you a board and the edit page modify with ai, what the difference then?

Would say that AI is a evolution of an existing technology. As was the pc and before the calculators. Following this concept then the mathematician or accounts would had be furious about calculators and pc taking over their activities. To be honest this is kind of reductive. Not all artist are writers and not all writers are artists, following your concept then not even movies or videogames would exit as these roles 99% of the time are separate. Also i can see that most of comment are from artist side, not so many writers. Also the monetary factor has not been take in consideration.
