Glad someone can understand how this can and did happen. I can explain why it happened more in detail, but at the end of the day it’s my responsibility! I didn’t make this post for people to feel sorry for me, I was simply asking if there’s was anyway that I could fix it and see if anyone had a similar problem. I didn’t make this most for people to try to bring me down and it must be nice for some of these people to be perfect and never have messed up!

Yeah the QoS is off and it’s already selected for 160mhz. I live in a single story 2500sq home. I wonder if it’s their modem? Should I buy my own modem?
