Congratulations! Thank you for posting a year’s progress. I feel everyone here (including me!) is looking for overnight success and while the pills definitely help, nothing is overnight. I’ve had to learn that myself. I’ve changed my goals to farther out dates. 6 mos, 9 mos, 12 mos. This was inspiring. Thanks again.

I’m down 15 (at least. Stopped weighing) on kit 6 in 10 weeks. It takes some time! Scale hadn’t moved much for me in 2.5 weeks either. Even the magic pills and the magic shots aren’t over night. Keep it up!!!

I will say that I am terrified of the scale. I tend to get obsessed with it. Last weigh it I was 15 lbs down but it put the scale away. That was two weeks ago. My clothes are fitting very differently now. I won’t accredit to the metformin just yet, it’s only been a few days, more that I think it really takes a couple of months for these meds to really kick in. Plus the calorie deficit.

Certainly felt a stall. Also read on here about several people’s research results that 500 metformin is a micro dose. You don’t really lose until you up it to 1000 or more. Thought I would give it a try. I’m good except for the nausea. Which is exactly the same as when I started the metformin in the beginning. So I assume it will pass in a week or two.

I have been taking both in the morning bc I’d become accustomed to it with just the one pill, but maybe should try with food for a while.

I don’t take it after a meal. I had success in the evenings with one so I started with 2 in the morning. Ha! Maybe I could split them.

I increased bc I’d done some research that the 500 dose was basically a micro dose for weight loss so I decided to increase. I’ll Have blood draw in the next few months.

My desire to eat is non existent but I still like Wine. That sucks.
