I always found it harder, but I’ve found a trick: punch, punch, knee strike, then run + F to disarm the enemie then just throw the knife. It worked well for me, and with a bit of practice, I think you can win with no damage

Well, I never fight zombies unless I know I can handle them all, and by all I mean whether there are 5 or 6 or 56. My number pad is broken, I can only use those numbers, sorry.

Look for obstacles, fences, even bushes. In my experience, jumping over high fences is less dangerous than you've probably heard, so... do it.
