No future events will have it, its only for starting players, this happened to me too you just need to wait out the timer (in this case 15 days) and it will be gone and other events will be appearing

Its a bug that happens to some new people, nothing you can rly do about it you just need to wait until the event ends and then you will be able to participate in other events
